Dan Doubet is a third generation jeweler with daughters Jen & Katie Rose moving into the number four spot. Dan’s Grandad, Carl A. Doubet, Sr. started the first family store one hundred and five years ago. We have always specialized in diamonds. In the 1930’s Carl A. Doubet was among the first retail jewelers to recognize the beauty of The American Ideal Cut diamond and to offer them to his customers in Delaware County, PA. Dan Doubet continues the tradition buying directly from a sight holder, Stuller of Lafayette, LA, thereby being as close to the source of diamonds as anyone CAN be. Since the gold rush of 2007, we have “rescued” many very fine pieces of Estate jewelry from the melting pot.
